Situated on the privileged Pacific coast of Mexico, Quivira Los Cabos positions itself as a high-end residential community offering both full and fractional ownership options. Our involvement encompassed the construction of structural retaining walls, execution of the main structure, and application of specialized finishes.
During the civil construction phase, the focus was on erecting the residential structure, including the construction of technical equipment rooms, swimming pools, and water features, employing specialized construction techniques to ensure durability and functionality. High-end finishes—including marble, decorative plaster, natural stone, and imported ceramic coverings—were carefully integrated to provide sophistication and aesthetic quality to both interior and exterior spaces.
Additionally, we coordinated the integration and installation of plumbing, electrical systems, and stormwater drainage, ensuring proper interaction among disciplines for optimal operational performance and regulatory compliance.
